Jason is a seasoned HR leader and consultant with a decade of consulting experience that spans multiple industries and company profiles. From early-stage to publicly traded companies, Jason has advised hundreds of businesses through every stage of the company lifecycle, including hiring sprees, reduction-in-forces, M&A activities, business closures, and audits.
Jason’s top passion projects are: designing sustainable and scalable HR processes at every stage of the Employee Experience, evaluating total rewards (comp and benefits), leveraging the latest and greatest HR tooling, and helping companies maintain a unique company culture through sound Talent Management & Organizational Development philosophies and strategies.
Jason holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Abilene Christian University and is a certified HR Professional holding both a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI and SHRM-CP from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Jason enjoys reading, music, early-morning workouts, and the many adventures he finds with his wife and three kids.
